山丘区房地产项目水土流失防治措施效果研究

Study on Effect of Water and Soil Erosion Control Measures for Real Estate Projects in Hilly Areas

以广州九龙湖国际社区为研究对象,以施工期水土保持监测成果为依据,并根据主体工程设计、水土保持方案、工程建设监理报告等资料,就山丘区房地产开发造成的水土流失治理措施的效果进行分析评价,从主体工程施工方面提出相应的水土保持要求,为相关建设项目提供借鉴,也为水行政主管部门水土保持监督检查提供技术支持。

With Guangzhou Jiulong Lake international community as the research object, This paper analyzes and evaluates the effects of water and soil erosion control measures for real estate projects in hilly areas,based on the monitoring results of soil and water conservation in construction stage, the main body project design, water and soil conservation plan, and report of the construction project supervision. It also puts forward corresponding requirements for soil and water conservation during the engineering construction of the main body. The results can be reference for other related projects,and also provide technical support for water conservancy administrative department's supervision and inspection of oil and water conservation.
