摘要 人文素质教育与职业技能培养的融合是高职教育题中应有之义。近年来,学界对于高职人文素质教育问题探讨得较多,但对于如何实现人文素质教育与职业技能培养的有效融合,却仍未找到理想答案。广东水利电力职业技术学院在促进人文素质教育与职业技能培养相融方面积累了有益经验,但仍需在理念转变、课程体系、校园文化、实践活动、考评制度等方面加强融合建设。 Mergence of humanistic quality education and vocational skills education is in the proper meaning of vocational education. In recent years, many scholars have explored the education of humanistic quality. But how to realize the effective integration of humanistic quality education and professional skills education is still a problem. Guangdong Technical College of Water Resources and Electric Engineering has accumulated useful experience about the mergence. But it still need to strengthen the building of mergence in terms of the concept change, curriculum, campus culture, practices, evaluation system, etc..
