校外实习基地的建设是影响"321"人才培养模式的关键环节,直接影响到"321"人才培养模式实施的成败,对此就校外实习基地建设的意义、建设难点及建设的原则与思路等方面进行探讨,探索校外实习基地建设的系统方法及思路,以期对国内目前正在进行"321"人才培养模式探索的高职高专院校提供一些启示。

Construction of practice bases is the key link to '321' talent fostering mode. Its success or not directly affects the results of '321' talent fostering mode. Therefore, the significance, difficulties, principles and guidelines for off-campus practice base construction are discussed to explore the systematic methods and guidance for such construction. It is expected that these discussions can provide the necessary enlightenments on other higher vocational colleges, which are presently adopting the '321' talent fostering mode.
