高职心理素质教育与专业素质教育体系融合的探讨

Study on the Structural Combination of Psychological Quality Education and Professional Quality Education in Higher Vocational Education

心理素质是人全面发展中的核心素质,培养高素质人才必然要求心理素质的健康发展。专业素质教育是高职院校培养人才的重要手段,在高职教育大背景下,实现两者的合理有机融合,将使高职教育实现高素质、高技能人才的培养目标。对此,针对高职教育现状,对高职学生心理素质教育体系与专业素质教育体系融合的路径进行了探讨。

Psychological quality is the key quality in the overall development of a person, and healthy psychological development becomes an inevitable requirement for the training of high-quality talents. An organic combination of psychological quality education and professional quality education will help achieve the goal of training talents of high quality as well as high skills under the background of higher vocational education. Based on the current situation in higher vocational education, this paper discusses the possible ways to combine these two key quality education systems together.
