摘要
常熟理工学院行业学院建设1.0到2.0的演进显示,"行业学院1.0"建设存在整体设计和统筹规划不到位、定位不准、形式单一、遵循传统学科专业发展模式和产教融合内驱动机制不健全等问题。"行业学院2.0"的具体措施包括构建面向产业的建设质量标准、健全协作共赢的共同体体制机制和建设行业能力导向的人才培养模式。"行业学院2.0"建设应具双主体性、产出导向、产业学科及书院制等特征。
The evolution of industrial colleges stage 1.0to stage 2.0in Changshu Institute of Technology shows that,there are problems that the overall design and planning are not in place,the position is not accurate,the form is single,the disciplinary and professional development model is traditional and the internal driven mechanism of production-education integration is not inegrated.This paper gives some suggestions for constructing industrial college 2.0,including the indusry-oriented construction standard,the win-win cooperation mechanism and the industry-oriented mode for talent training.It should include the following characteristics:double-subjects,outcome-based,industry discipline and academic school mechanism.
