摘要
高校开展本科专业动态调整是高校完善内部治理结构、构建质量保障体系的重要举措,是高校创建一流本科教育的必然要求。本文基于AHP层次分析法设计本科专业动态调整预警评价的数学模型,从招生、省域专业综合评价、就业三个维度考核人才培养的入口、过程、出口三个阶段,基于客观真实数据测算专业适应性排序指数,以适应性排序指数作为高校本科专业动态调整的重要依据。使用该模型对L大学进行专业实测,测算结果与该校的实际情况吻合,证明评价模型有效、可推广。
Dynamic adjustment in undergraduate programs is an important measure to improve the internal management and establish the quality guarantee system in the universities,it is also an inevitable requirement for universities to establish first-grade undergraduate education.A mathematical model of warning evaluation of dynamic adjustment in undergraduate programs is designed based on the AHP.From the following three dimensions,including student recruitment,comprehensive evaluation on provincial programs and employment,this paper examines the enrollment,process and graduation of the talent training,and measures the adaptability index for the undergraduate programs based on the objective and real data.The adaptability index is the foundation of dynamic adjustment in undergraduate programs.The warning evaluation model was applied in the L University,and the results turned to be in line with the realities in this university.Therefore,the experiment proves that this warning evaluation model is effective and worth promoting.
