摘要
在组织边界跨越视域下,美国大学的技术转移是一种内外部协同式体系,不仅包括与外部环境的跨界,也包括大学内部具有跨边界特征的组织机构间渗透。以犹他大学与哥伦比亚大学的技术转移办公室为着力点,揭示技术转移办公室协同校内外不同组织在跨越物理边界、心理边界、社会边界过程中可建构结构能力、文化能力与关系能力。同时表明这三种能力并非截然分开,它们相互影响、相互作用从而共同穿透组织边界的隔膜,促进知识的转化,实现价值创造。
From the perspective of organizational boundary spanning,the transfer of technology in American universities is an internal-external synergy system,which includes not only crossover with external environment,but also the penetration of organizations in universities which have the boundary spanning features.Taking the Technology Transfer Office of The University of Utah and Columbia University as examples,this paper analyzes the structuring capability,cultural competence and relationship ability of the Technology Transfer Office in collaboration with different organizations inside and outside the universities in the process of crossing physical boundary,psychological boundary and social boundary.The research shows that these three abilities are not completely separated.They interact with each other,so as to cross the organizational boundaries,promote knowledge transformation and create value.
