新工科多专业融合培养模式的构建与实践 被引量:60

摘要 科学技术向更深处发展,知识的生命周期越来越短,对工程人才"复杂问题解决能力"的需求远远超过对"认知能力"的需求,高等工程教育正面临着来自外部和内部的双重挑战。过去主辅修、二元复合(双学位)、多元复合(大类培养)等培养路径,均是期望全面的知识与能力都在同一个体上实现。这是一个有意义的培养路径,但还不能完全适应新时代新工科人才培养的挑战。在此背景下,广东工业大学以探索满足创新产业发展所需的复合型人才的培养新模式为目标,以重构课程体系、强化实践教学、创新培养方式和组织形式为途径,实施多专业融合培养改革及产业学院多主体育人试点,推进工程人才培养模式改革。 As science and technology further advance,the life cycle of knowledge becomes shorter and shorter.Therefore,for engineering students,the capability of'solving complex problems'is more important than the'cognitive ability'.The higher engineering education faces both internal and external challenges.In the past,an individual student was expected to master comprehensive knowledge and abilities.However,in the new era,the training methods of'major and minor','double degree'and'wide training'could no longer satisfy the emerging engineering requirements.In order to explore a new mode for cultivating interdisciplinary talents needed by innovative industries,Guangdong University of Technology,by reconstructing curriculum system,strengthening practice teaching and innovating teaching methods and organizational form,carries out the reform of multidisciplinary integration cultivation and the pilot project of industrial colleges to promote the reform of cultivation mode of engineering talents.
