摘要
新技术应用于产业才能实现创新性变革,新知识用于解决实际问题才能推动区域经济社会发展。为回应知识创新和技术创新的要求,应用型本科需要在知识生产模式Ⅲ"四重螺旋"中发挥先导作用,通过产生知识的集聚—溢出效应、转变学科建设逻辑、实现成果价值提升,"三连接、三打通"将知识生产模式Ⅲ各要素和理念在应用型本科特色发展的探索中具体化和实践化,将应用型本科特色发展方向由"应为""可为"落实为"必为"。
Only when the new technology and knowledge are applied to industries and real problem-solving respectively can innovative reform and economic society advance.In order to satisfy the demands of the technology and knowledge innovation,the application-oriented undergraduate programs should play the leading role in Mode 3,and,by making full use of the spatial agglomeration and spillover effects,transform the logic of disciplinary construction to achieve better results.Moreover,the'Three Links'and'Three Connections'can be employed to translate the ideas of Mode 3 into actions in the distinctive development of application-oriented undergraduate programs,and to transform what the undergraduate programs'should do'and'can do'to'must do'.
