摘要
结合仁博高速公路工程应用,首先对上面层SMA-13级配沥青混合料的配合比及最佳油石比进行设计,然后对其高温抗车辙性能、低温抗裂性能、抗水损坏性能进行评价,同时通过谢伦堡沥青析漏试验、肯德堡飞散试验对沥青混合料合理的沥青用量进行评价,最后总结了SMA沥青混合料的施工工艺和关键控制要点。结果表明,该配合比设计合理,油石比控制适宜,沥青混合料性能优良,为SMA-13沥青混合料的应用、推广提供借鉴和参考。
Being combining with the application of Renbo Expressway engineering, the mix ratio and the optimum oil-stone ratio of SMA-13 graded asphalt mixture have been designed, and then the high temperature rutting resistance, low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance have been evaluated. At the same time, the asphalt mixture has been reasonable through Shell Enberg asphalt leak test and Kendeburg flying test. Finally, the construction technology and key control points of SMA asphalt mixture have been summed up. The results have shown that the mixture design is reasonable, the asphalt-aggregate ratio control is appropriate, and the performance of asphalt mixture is excellent, which could provide references for the future application of SMA-13 asphalt mixture.
