摘要
为研究现场热再生沥青混合料新沥青混合料的掺配比例,对比分析了0%、5%、15%和25%新沥青混合料掺量下再生沥青混合料的路用性能。试验结果表明,随着新沥青混合料掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的高温性能逐渐下降;低温性能在新沥青混合料加入5%时大幅上升,然后随着掺量的增加,再生沥青混合料的低温性能改变不明显。冻融劈裂强度比随着新沥青混合料掺配比例增加而增大,浸水马歇尔残留稳定度和新沥青混合料掺量的关联性较小。以5%新沥青混合料掺量在广惠高速公路进行了试验段摊铺,并取得了良好效果。
In order to study the mixing ratio of new asphalt mixture in field thermal regeneration asphalt mixture, the road performance of recycled asphalt mixture with 0%, 5%, 15% and 25% new asphalt mixtures has been compared and analyzed. The results have shown that the high temperature performance of the regenerated asphalt mixture decreases with the increase of the content of the new asphalt mixture, and the low temperature performance increases greatly when the new asphalt mixture is added to 5%, while there is not obvious change following increase of adding. The freeze-thaw splitting strength increases with the increase of the new asphalt mixture, and the correlation between the immersion strength of Marshall and the addition of new asphalt mixture is relatively small. The test section of Guanghui Expressway has been paved with 5% new asphalt mixture and good results have been obtained.
