现浇箱梁斜腹板支架体系设计

摘要 广东省珠江三角洲环线肇花高速公路狮岭高架桥预应力连续箱梁为国内首次采用33.2m宽幅式斜腹板箱梁。斜腹板斜角21.3°、斜率大,投影长度6.01m、宽大,因此施工中产生的水平推力对支架体系要求较高。研究设计了"碗扣支架+三角桁架"组合型支架体系,经理论验算、试验检测、实体结构中应用后得到较好的成果。支架体系具有成本低、操作方便、安全质量可靠等特点。 The prestressed continuous box girder of Shiling Viaduct of Zhaohua Expressway of Pearl River Delta Ring Line in Guangdong Province is the first application of 33.2 meters wide inclined web box girder in China. The inclined web has a large inclination of 21.3 degrees with a horizontal projection length of 6.01 meters, so the horizontal thrust generated in the construction requires a higher support system. In this paper, the combined bracket system of bowl scaffold bracing and triangular truss have been designed with good results have been obtained after theoretical checking, experimental testing and application in solid structure. The bracket system has the characteristics of low cost, convenient operation, safety, quality and reliability, and can be widely used in the superstructure construction of large inclined web bridge.
