基于力学效应的隧道车行横通道布置方式

摘要 以汕昆高速公路龙川至怀集段金门隧道为依托,采用三维有限元仿真和现场试验相结合的方法,基于力学效应对隧道车行横通道不同的布置方式进行了研究与分析。结果表明:车行横通道开挖将导致主隧道围岩位移增大,但相比于主隧道施工的影响较小;车行横通道与主隧道的交叉角度越小,横通道施工引起的围岩变形越大,产生的应力集中越明显;相比于紧急停车带与车行横通道相邻的情况,紧急停车带与主隧道相对时,围岩总体变形和附加应力均较大;依托工程采用车行横通道与主隧道60°相交,紧急停车带与车行横通道相邻布置时,围岩变形满足规范要求。 Being based on the Jinmen Tunnel of Longchuan-Huaiji Section of Shantou-Kunming Expressway, the different layout of the tunnel crossing passage has been studied and analyzed by means of 3D finite element simulation and field test. The results have shown that the tunnel transverse passageway excavation will lead to the increase of surrounding rock displacement of the main tunnel, but the influence is smaller than that of the main tunnel construction;the smaller the crossing angle between the transverse passage and the main tunnel, the larger the deformation of surrounding rock caused by the transverse passage construction and the more obvious the stress concentration;when the emergency parking zone is opposite to the main tunnel, the total deformation and additional stress of surrounding rock are larger than that of the emergency parking zone adjacent to the transverse passage;the surrounding rock deformation meets the requirements of the specifications when the emergency parking zone is arranged adjacent to the transverse passage of the vehicle running at 60 degrees intersection with the main tunnel.
