摘要 为解决目前在设计注塑模具过程中出现的填充缺陷以及安全成本等问题,提出了一种新的改善措施。利用Moldflow的前期分析得到加热盒透气盖塑件在填充过程中出现的流动缺陷,若该缺陷无法通过改变熔体温度、注射压力、注射速度等参数进行改进;则需在满足客户对塑件的使用要求的情况下,通过适当地增加塑件壁厚发现充填缺陷消失,同时也使锁模力有显著的减小,增加了注塑的安全性,提高一次开模成功率,具有显著的经济效益。 In order to solve the problem of filling defect and safety cost in the process of designing injection mold, a new improvement measure is put forward.Based on Moldflow’s preliminary analysis, the flow defects occurred in the filling process of the plastic parts of the ventilated cover of the heating box was obtained.If the defects could not be improved by changing melt temperature, injection pressure, injection speed and other parameters. It is necessary to meet the customer’s requirements for the use of plastic parts, by appropriately increasing the wall thickness of plastic parts to find that filling defects disappear, at the same time make the clamping force has a significant reduction, increase the safety of injection molding, improve the success rate of a mold opening, with significant economic benefits.
