摘要
中华补血草具有较高的药用价值及观赏价值,本研究采用不同浓度激素对补血草的愈伤组织进行诱导,获得完整的再生植株。MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+IBA 0.1mg/L是补血草的叶片与叶柄愈伤组织诱导的最佳培养基。通过组织培养来建立和优化补血草离体再生体系,可以为补血草的快速繁殖以及其资源的保护奠定基础,同时为其它药用植物的培养提供理论依据。
Limoniumsinensehas high medicinal and ornamental value and different concentrations of hormones were used to induce callus to obtain a complete regeneration plant. MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L was the best medium of Limonium hormone concentrations in the leaf and petiole of callus induction. Tissue culture can be used to create and optimize Limonium regeneration system, lay the foundation for the rapid propagation of Limonium and the protection of its resources, while providing a theoretical basis for other medicinal plants cultivation.
