黄芩等中药及其复方的抑菌活性研究

Study on Antibacterial Activities of Scutellaria and Its Compound

目的测定黄芩等中草药的体外抑菌活性。方法采用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法确定单味药材和不同配伍的中药对金黄色葡萄球菌,大肠杆菌,绿脓杆菌和乙型副伤寒杆菌的抑菌性能;用二倍稀释法测定黄连,黄芩,黄柏对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度。结果黄芩、黄柏、黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别是:25mg/mL,50mg/mL,6.25mg/mL。结论单味药材的抑菌效果较弱,黄连对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌效果显著;黄连和其它中药配伍后对金葡菌抑菌效果明显;三味中药配伍的抑菌活性与两种相比较小。

[Objective] To determine the antibacterial activities of Scutellaria baicalensis. [Method] Using Drug susceptibility paper method to study the antibacterial activities of single herb and mixed herbs on Staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Paratyphoid B;Using tube double dilution method to observe the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Scutellaria, Coptis and Cortex Phellodendri to Staphylococcus aureus. [Conclusion] The MIC of Scutellaria, golden cypress, Coptis chinensis against staphylococcus aureus is 25 mg/mL, 50 mg/mL, 6.25 mg/mL, respectively. [Results] The inhibitional effect of single herb is weak. Coptis has significant antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus and escherichia coli;Coptis mixed other herbs has significant antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus;The inhibitional effect of three kind of herbs is less than two kinds.
