本文介绍了热失重分析法在硅酮密封胶检测中的应用,采用适宜的程序升温方法,对样品进行分析检测。根据热失重图谱,得到失重台阶所在的温度和对应的失重率,可以大致检测出密封胶基本原料配比,且能定量地检测出硅酮密封胶中是否含有白油。

This paper introduces the application of thermogravimetric analysis method in silicone sealant testing. Using appropriate temperature and glass flow,setting up analysis method which were used to test the existence of raw material ratios of silicone sealant, also can test the existence of mineral oils quantitatively.
