气田开发后期高乳化生产水处理工艺研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 气田开发后期,随着气井开采压力的下降,高乳化生产水处理成了各个气田通用的难题。气田降压,气体流速加快,对水中小油滴的剪切加剧,导致生产水直接在管道中就产生乳化,且水中含有的乳化油滴粒径较小,对于这种介于乳化态和溶解态的高乳化生产水,一些常规分离技术无法满足处理工艺要求。对此,相关研发团队开发了NCT型高效深度除油技术装备,首次将NCT(CFC)技术暨改性纤维聚结除乳化油技术引入国内海洋石油平台。该技术采用亲疏水纤维组合编织的方式,利用纤维的亲疏水极性将乳化油滴进行物理破乳分离,将游离态、分散态及乳化态的油滴通过分级分步的方法进行快速高效分离,成功解决气田开发后期高乳化生产水处理难题。 In the later stage of gas field development, with the decline of gas well production pressure, the treatment of high emulsification production water has become a common problem for each gas field. Gas field pressure lowering, gas flow speed accelerating and shearing of small and medium oil droplets in water intensified, resulting in production water emulsifying directly in pipeline, and the size of emulsified oil droplets in water is small. For this kind of high emulsified production water between emulsified and dissolved state, some conventional separation technologies can not meet the processing requirements. For this reason,relevant R&D teams have developed NCT-type high-efficiency deep oil removal technology and equipment, and for the first time introduced NCT(CFC) technology and modified fiber coalescence technology to domestic offshore oil platforms. In this technology, the emulsified oil droplets are physically demulsified and separated by the hydrophobic polarity of the fibers, and the free, dispersed and emulsified oil droplets are separated quickly and efficiently by the step-by-step method. The problem of water treatment in high emulsified production in the later stage of gas field development is successfully solved.
