摘要 骨细胞参与骨创伤后的骨愈合,为了确保骨重塑的动力学,骨替代材料必须能够为破骨细胞和成骨细胞提供支持。为了增强组织工程中破骨细胞的活性,必须了解不同的材料参数如何影响破骨细胞的形成。在这方面已经研究了许多材料的特征和特性。本文主要探讨不同材料和材料的性能对破骨细胞分化和活化的影响。 Bone cells are involved in bone healing after bone trauma.To ensure the dynamics of bone remodeling,bone substitute materials must be able to support osteoclasts and osteoblasts.In order to enhance the activity of osteoclasts in tissue engineering,it is necessary to understand how different material parameters affect the formation of osteoclasts.The characteristics of many materials have been studied in this regard.This article focuses on the effects of different materials and material modifications on osteoclast differentiation and activation.
