对标管理是一种先进的精细化管理方式,通过对标标杆企业来查找自身存在的差距,学习标杆企业的先进经验来改善管理能力。本文以F炼化企业近年来的对标管理实践为例,就对标管理在炼化企业中的应用进行了分析和探讨。

Benchmaking is an advanced way to implement meticulous management, which can be used to findout one’s own weak points by comparing with benchmark companies, and it also can be used to improve one’s management ability by learning from benchmark companies. In this paper, the application of benchmarking in petrochemical enterprise will be discussed by analysising benchmariking practice situation of F company.
