本文通过几个案例的检索思路分析表明,根据不同的案情特点,采取不同的追踪检索方式,如发明人/申请人追踪、引用文件/被引用文件追踪、原创性文献的追踪等,能够快速获得对比文件,可大大缩短检索时间,提高检索效率。

Though the analysis of retrieval ideas of several cases, this paper shows that according to different cases, using different tracking retrieval methods,such as tracing inventor/applicant, citations/cited documents, original literatures etc, comparison files can be obtained quickly, then the retrieval time can be greatly shortened, the retrieval efficiency can be improved.
