摘要 在电镀生产中,如果对磷的排放不能有效控制,就会破坏生态环境,造成严重的环境污染。废水除磷方法主要有化学除磷和生物除磷。大型电镀工业园区电镀废水成分复杂,磷的存在形式多样,根据化学除磷和生物除磷原理,综合运用化学除磷和生物除磷方法,通过对不同类型电镀废水试验,总结了一套适合电镀工业园区电镀废水除磷达标(TP≦0.5 mg/L)的方法。电镀废水磷的治理不仅要末端治理达标,更需要从源头控制,贯彻预防为主、防治结合的原则,实施清洁生产。 In electroplating production, if the phosphorus emissions can not be effectively controlled, it will destroy the ecological environment, causing serious environmental pollution. In large electroplating industry park, the composition of electroplating waste water is complex with various forms of phosphorus. Based on the principle of chemical phosphorus removal and biological phosphorus removal, a series of tests of different types of electroplating waste water were done with combination of these two methods. A set of methods are summarized suitable for electroplating industrial park for the phosphorus removal of electroplating waste water meeting the phosphorus discharge standard(TP≦0.5 mg/L). Phosphorus in electroplating waste water need to be treated in the end and specially controlled in the source with the principle of prevention first and combination of prevention and treatment and cleaner production.
