摘要 介绍了一种具有余热回收换热器和多孔陶瓷聚能板的新型高效燃气灶,其特点是:采用预混式燃烧方式,并在燃气灶尾部安装热交换器回收室烟气余热来预热空气,有效减少了烟气带走的余热;在燃烧室内设置了具有多孔陶瓷的蓄热装置,储存热量对过低形成二次辐射,有效提高了燃气灶的热效率。将其与传统燃气灶进行了热态测试对比,结果表明:新型燃气灶的平均热效率可达60%,排放烟气中CO浓度为100~300 ppm;而传统灶的热效率只有35%~40%,排放烟气中CO浓度高达6000 ppm。从测试数据可以看出,新型燃气灶的热效率远高于传统燃气灶,而排放烟气中CO浓度却远远低于传统燃气灶,经济和社会效益十分显著。 A new efficient gas stove with waste-heat recovery device and porous ceramic heat storage has premixed combustion mode and the waste-heat recovery device which installed at the end of the stove to reduce the waste of the flue gas. A heat storage device with porous ceramics is set up in the combustion chamber to store heat and form secondary radiation to the bottom of the pot, which effectively improves the thermal efficiency of the stove. According to the Thermal test comparison, it shows that the average thermal efficiency of the new gas stove can reach 60 %, and the CO concentration in the exhaust gas is 100~300 ppm. However, the thermal efficiency of traditional stoves is only 35 %~40 %, and the CO concentration in the exhaust gas is as high as 6000 ppm. While the CO concentration in the emission smoke is far lower than that of the traditional gas stove, and the economic and social benefits are very significant.
