摘要
双语教学在我国高等教育国际化进程中发挥重要作用。《食品工艺原理》是食品科学与工程本科教学的核心课程,开展双语教学是培养具有国际化高素质专业人才的重要手段。本文分析目前《食品工艺原理》课程双语教学现状及存在的主要问题,并探讨解决对策,以期改善双语教学的效果,促进双语教学的发展。
Bilingual teaching plays an important role in the internationalization of higher education in China. 'Principles of Food Technology' is a core course of undergraduate education of food science and engineering. Bilingual teaching is an important means to cultivate international high-quality professionals. This paper discusses the current situation and main problems of bilingual teaching in Principles of Food Technology, and probes into the countermeasures to improve the effect of bilingual teaching and to promote the development of bilingual teaching.
