摘要 人才培养模式是为实现培养目标而制定的学生培养过程标准,集中反映一所高校的教育理念、办学理念、办学风格以及办学特色。重庆化工职业学院应用化工技术专业以能力培养为主线构建"校企融合、两环境、三阶段"人才培养模式,改革人才培养方案;加强综合实训教学环节的指导;改革课程考核方式;实施"双证书"制度;加快配套教材建设步伐,形成基于化工生产工作过程的人才培养模式。 Talents training mode is the standard of students’ training process to achieve the training goal, which reflects the educational idea, school running idea,school running style and school running characteristics of a university. Chongqing Vocational College of Chemical Engineering takes ability training as the main line to construct 'school-enterprise integration, two environments and three stages' talent training mode, reform the talent training program, strengthen the guidance of comprehensive training teaching links, reform the course assessment method, implement the 'double certificate' system, accelerate the pace of supporting teaching materials construction, and form the talent training based on chemical production process.
