红外材料ZnS的制备

摘要 本文通过化学沉淀法,以99.99%锌粉为主要原料制备了高纯ZnS粉末。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、ICP发射光谱仪对其相成分、表面形貌、杂质元素进行表征,并考察了所制备的Zn S粉末的应用效果。结果表明:Zn S粉末主要由β-Zn S相构成,纯度较高,达99.995%,颗粒呈球形状,粒径主要分布在2-5μm;真空热压工艺制备的6 mm厚Zn S多晶在8-12μm波段范围内平均红外透过率达67.6%。 Using chemical precipitatation method with the starting reagents of 99.99 % zinc, high purity ZnS powder were synthesized. The phase composition, surface morphology and impurity elements were analyzed by X-ray diffraction, SEM and ICP emission spectrometer. The application effect of the prepared Zn S powder was investigated. The results showed that the high purity ZnS powder mainly composed of one phase of β-ZnS with a purity of 99.995 %, The particles were spherical in shape with a diameter of 2-5 μm;The ZnS crystal prepared by vacuum hot pressing process had an average transmittance of 67.6 % at 8-12 μm for 6 mm thickness samples.
