不同原矿重质碳酸钙在内墙乳胶漆中应用的对比研究

Comparative Study on the Application of Different Raw Mineral Heavy Calcium Carbonate in Interior Wall Latex Paint

研究了三种采用环辊磨生产的不同原矿的超细重质碳酸钙的性能指标和粒子形貌,并将其应用于内墙乳胶漆中。测试了乳胶漆的对比率、粘度及耐洗刷性等性能。结果表明:大方解石加工生产的碳酸钙具有白度高、杂质元素含量少、粒子形貌均匀规则的特点,将其应用于内墙乳胶漆时,其对比率及耐洗刷性能均优于小方解石及白云石生产的重质碳酸钙。

The properties and particle morphology of three kinds of ultra-fine heavy calcium carbonate produced by ring roller mill were studied. The properties of emulsion paint such as ratio, viscosity and washing resistance were tested. The results show that the calcium carbonate produced by the processing of large calcite has the characteristics of high whiteness, less impurity element content and uniform particle morphology.
