硅酸镁复合生物材料在骨修复中的研究进展

摘要 骨缺损在临床上发病率很高,严重影响患者的生活质量。临床上修复骨缺损的天然骨在应用中存在各种各样的问题。而人工合成材料治疗骨缺损具有独特的优势。其中纳米硅酸镁材料制备简单,来源充足,生物活性高,具有大的比表面积和孔体积,可用于生物分子输送,且具有良好的生物相容性、成血管活性以及成骨活性,在骨重建的过程中具有很关键的作用。本文对目前硅酸镁的种类、不同硅酸镁的制备方法以及通过不同方法使其和其它材料复合,治疗骨缺损的相关研究进行综述,为相关实验提供参考。 Bone defects are a common clinical disease that seriously affect the quality of life of patients. Natural bone repairing bone defects clinically has various problems in application. Artificial synthetic materials have unique advantages in the treatment of bone defects. The nanometer magnesium silicate material has simple preparation, sufficient source, high biological activity, large specific surface area and pore volume, and can be used for biomolecular delivery, and has good biocompatibility, angiogenic activity and osteogenic activity. It has a key role in the process of bone reconstruction. In this paper, the current research on the types of magnesium silicate, different preparation methods of magnesium silicate and the combination of other materials to treat bone defects are reviewed in order to provide reference for related research.
