摘要
糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的常见并发症,也是导致终末期肾病的主要原因,其早期病理改变主要表现为肾脏肥大,本文即从糖尿病性肾脏肥大的分类、形成机制及调控等方面进行简要综述。
Diabetic nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes, and it is also the main cause of end-stage renal disease. Renal hypertrophy is the main pathological change in the early stage. The article reviews the classification, formation mechanism and regulation of diabetic renal hypertrophy.
