浅谈危险化工工艺的安全控制措施

Discussion on Safety Control Measures of Dangerous Chemical Process

化工工艺生产过程涉及危险化学品多,工艺条件对压力、温度要求较苛刻,工艺流程复杂,风险系数较高,且事故后果严重。为了保证化工工艺操作安全,近年来,国家出台了许多关于危险化工工艺的法律法规政策,严格规范危险化工工艺安全设施的管理,大力推进自动化控制及安全联锁系统的使用。本文以某地区涉及危险化工工艺的企业及其使用自动化控制和安全联锁系统的现状为数据,从生产工艺、安全设施和安全管理等方面提出了危险化工工艺的安全控制措施,从而为构建安全有效的化工生产而努力。

The production process of chemical technology involves many dangerous chemicals, and the process conditions are more demanding on pressure and temperature. In order to ensure the safety of chemical process operation, in recent years, the state has issued many laws, regulations and policies on hazardous chemical process, strictly standardize the management of hazardous chemical process safety facilities, and vigorously promote the use of automatic control and safety interlock system. Based on the present situation of some enterprises involved in dangerous chemical process and their use of automatic control and safety interlock system as data, this paper puts forward the safety control measures of dangerous chemical process from the aspects of production process, safety facilities and safety management, so as to build safe and effective chemical production.
