对化工园区环保准入条件探讨

Discussion on Environmental Access Conditions of Chemical Park

本文针对江苏省宿迁生态化工科技产业园区存在污水处理厂不能稳定运行、挥发性有机化合物(VOCS)排放影响当地空气质量,危险废物填埋场监管力度不够,预警防控体系不健全等环境问题,提出从区域、行业、总量、民意及污染防治等方面环保准入条件,进而规范化工产业健康有序发展。

This article aims at environmental problems such as the unstable operation of sewage treatment plants, the emission of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in Suqian Eco-Chemical Science and Technology Industrial Park in Jiangsu Province, the lack of supervision of hazardous waste landfills, and the inadequacy of early warning and control systems. This paper puts forward the conditions of environmental protection from the aspects of region, industry, total quantity, public opinion and pollution prevention and control, so as to standardize the healthy and orderly development of chemical industry.
