摘要
采用生石灰为药剂,鼓风脱除工业氨水厂废水中氨氮。氨氮与氧化钙最佳质量比为1︰35,废水量(L)︰风量(L/min)最佳比为1︰8,在常温下曝气5 h左右。试验验结果用于生产实际,排放的废水达到国家标准"GB13458-2013合成氨工业水污染物排放标准"和"污水综合排放标准2015版"要求。方法去除效率高,容易操作,运行稳定,药剂资源丰富,价格便宜而且容易得到。
Using quicklime as reagent,removal of ammonia nitrogen from wastewater from industrial ammonia waterworks by blasting.The optimum mass ratio of ammonia nitrogen to calcium oxide is 1︰35,the optimum ratio of wastewater volume(L)︰air volume(Ll/min)is 1︰8.Aeration at room temperature generally lasts about 5 hours.The experimental results are applied to production practice,wastewater discharged meets the requirements of national standards'GB 13458-2013 water pollutant discharge standard for ammonia industry'and'comprehensive wastewater discharge standard 2015 edition'.High removal efficiency of the method,easy to operate,stable operation,rich pharmaceutical resources,cheap and easy to get.
