摘要
海上稠油的开发是渤海油田开发的重点和难点,针对渤海某稠油油田主电站、热站和热采设备等关键设备的选型设计,得出如下结论:(1)由于不同用途蒸汽参数差异较大,采用热电联供同时供应电站、热站和热采蒸汽的方案不可行;需单独配置蒸汽吞吐设备以及电站和热站;(2)相较而言,海上蒸汽吞吐设备宜采用专利技术的强制对流的立式蒸汽发生器;(3)经过方案综合对比研究,推荐原油发电机+直燃式导热油锅炉作为平台的主电站和热站。
The development of heavy oil is the key and different point of Bohai oil field development. Aimed on the selection and design of the main power generation 、heating generation and thermal recovery equipment on a Bohai heavy oil platform,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Result of different steam characteristics, combined heat and power is infeasible. It is necessary to set the main power generation and the heating generation and thermal recovery equipment separately.(2) It is better to select vertical steam generation of forced flow and patent technical after comparison.(3) Crude oil generation served as the main power generation and direction burning heating medium boiler served as the heating generation are recommended.
