毛细管电泳法测定复方三维亚油酸胶丸I中甲基橙皮苷的含量

摘要 目的:采用毛细管电泳法测定复方三维亚油酸胶丸I中甲基橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用毛细管空管柱,以pH 9.5的20 mmol/L磷酸溶液为背景电解质测定复方三维亚油酸胶丸I中的甲基橙皮苷,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为25℃,电压20 kV。结果:甲基橙皮苷在0.085~0.512mg/mL范围内线性关系良好,高中低加样回收率分别为97.67%,99.76%,98.74%。结论:该电泳方法简单快速、能够为复方三维亚油酸胶丸I等复方制剂的质量控制提供依据。 Objective: To establish a capillary electrophoresis method to determine methyl hesperidin in linolic acid soft capsules. Methods: The determination was carried out using unfused capillary with 20 mM phosphate buffer solution(pH 9.5) as the back ground electrolyte. The detection wavelength was 210 nm, the temperature of capillary was 25℃ and the applied voltage was 20 kV. Results: The linear range of methyl hesperidin was 0.085~0.512 mg/mL and the sample recoveries of methyl hesperidin were 98.74%, 99.73% and 97.71%, respectively. Conclusion: The established method is simple and accurate and it can be used for the quality control of linolic acid soft capsules and other drugs.
