摘要
本文采用加压流体萃取法对海洋生物体样品进行前处理,建立气相色谱质谱法(GC-MS)测定海洋生物体中多环芳烃的含量的方法。结果表明:建立的方法其检出限为0.40μg/kg;精密度为2.34%~4.15%;准确度为95.8%~99.2%。
The present study aims to analyze the concentrations of benzo(a)pyrene in marine biological samples by accelerated solvent extraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The limit of detection(LOD), precision and accuracy were calculated to be 0.40 μg/kg, 2.34 %~4.15 % and 95.8 %~99.2 %, respectively.
