摘要
本文依据卤素气体检漏仪的原理和应用,提出了卤素气体检漏仪的计量校准,对计量特性、校准条件、校准项目和校准方法进行探讨。并对校准项目包括报警响应时间、报警值、示值误差、示值重复性、示值稳定性进行了详细的论述。本文描述的卤素气体检漏仪的校准方法及结果评价将为相关仪器的校准提供一个良好的指导,从而保证未来的测量结果准确可比,量值可溯源。
Based on the principle and application of halogen gas leak detector, this paper puts forward the measurement calibration of halogen gas leak detector, and discusses the measurement characteristics, calibration conditions, calibration items and calibration methods. The calibration items including alarm response time, alarm value, indication error, indication repeatability and indication stability are discussed in detail. The calibration method and result evaluation of halogen gas leak detector described in this paper will provide a good guidance for calibration of related instruments, so as to ensure the accuracy, traceability and comparability of measurement results.
