浅谈食品接触材料新国标下高锰酸钾消耗量的测定

The Determination of Potassium Permanganate Consumption under the New National Standard of Food Contact Materials is Briefly Discussed

食品接触材料新国家标准于2017年4月19号正式实施,其中高锰酸钾消耗量作为食品接触材料的一项重要安全指标而受到广泛关注。本文分析了食品接触材料新旧国标中高锰酸钾消耗量的变化,并对新国标下食品接触材料中高锰酸钾消耗量项目的测定进行了探讨,希望能为后续开展相关检测提供指导和思路。

The new national standard for food contact materials was officially implemented on April 19, 2017. The consumption of potassium permanganate has received extensive attention as an important safety indicator for food contact materials. This paper analyzes the changes of potassium permanganate consumption in new and old national standards for food contact materials, and discusses the measurement of potassium permanganate consumption in food contact materials under the new national standard. This would be hoped to provide guidance and ideas for further development of related detection.
