摘要
基于对研究生的培养,本文阐述了一些关于工科课题组管理的一些思考。总结了在课题组管理中的一些经验:课题组要形成自己的核心价值观和文化,要制定相应的规章制度,这样才能保证课题组的正常的运行,才能培养出创新型人才,才能进而促进创新型国家的建设。
based on the cultivation of graduate students, this paper expounds some thoughts on the management of engineering researcher group. This paper summarizes some experiences in the management of the researcher group: the researcher group should form its own core values and culture, formulate corresponding rules and regulations, so as to ensure the normal operation of the research group, cultivate innovative talents, and promote the construction of an innovative country.
