河南省在校医学生人际沟通能力及培养状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Interpersonal Communication Ability and Training Status of Medical Students in Henan Province

目的:了解当前医患关系下河南省在校医学生人际沟通能力方面的问题及培养状况。方法:对省内10所高校400名在校医学生采用问卷调查方式进行人际沟通能力及培养现状情况调查。结果:共发放调查问卷400份,回收378份,有效问卷362份,有效回收率为90.5%。在362例问卷中,医学生普遍重视沟通能力,但是沟通能力整体水平一般;医学生认为当前医患关系比较紧张,但是还是很坚定的选择毕业后从医;医学院校医患沟通课程和医院岗前医患沟通技巧培训是影响医学生沟通能力的主要因素。结论:可通过增加医学生与他人沟通交流的机会,医学院校开设医患沟通课程,医院岗前培训医患沟通技巧等措施,促进医学生沟通能力提升。

Objective: To understand the problems and training of interpersonal communication skills of medical students in Henan Province under the current doctor-patient relationship. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 medical students in 10 colleges and universities in the province to conduct interpersonal communication skills and training status. Results: A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, 378 were collected, and 362 valid questionnaires, the effective recovery rate was 90.5%. Among the 362 questionnaires, medical students generally attach importance to communication skills, but the overall level of communication skills is general;medical students believe that the current doctor-patient relationship is relatively tight, but still very determined to choose from after graduation;medical college doctors and patients communication courses and hospitals Pre-job doctor-patient communication skills training is the main factor affecting the communication ability of medical students. Conclusion: By increasing the opportunities for medical students to communicate with others, medical colleges offer doctor-patient communication courses, hospitals to train doctors and patients communication skills and other measures to promote the communication skills of medical students.
