摘要
天然的生物酶制备和提纯成本较高,而且也很容易失活,这些缺点限制了天然酶的应用,因此具有稳定性好、成本低优点的仿酶催化材料受到广泛关注。本文合成了一种具有空心结构的介孔有机硅球PMO,然后通过氧化还原的方法将Pt颗粒负载到硅球空腔内,制得了一种复合型仿酶催化剂Pt/PMO。仿酶催化性能实验表明:Pt/PMO表现出了优异的催化性能,相比于天然的过氧化氢酶HRP,Pt/PMO可以在更宽的pH范围和较高的温度下使用,展现了较好的化学稳定性和热稳定性。基于Pt/PMO的仿酶催化活性建立了H_2O_2和葡萄糖的比色检测方法,得出其检测限分别为3×10^(-3) mM和1.4×10^(-2) mM。
Owing to the high costs in preparation and purification, and it is also instability, these shortcomings limit the application of natural enzyme, thus the development of enzyme mimics based on stability and low cost has attracted extensive attention. In this paper, a kind of mesoporous organosilicon spheres with hollow structure was synthesized, and then Pt particles were loaded into the silicon spheres by redox method, Pt/PMO complex enzyme was prepared. The catalytic performance of Pt/PMO showed excellent catalytic performance. Compared with the natural peroxidase HRP, Pt/PMO can be used in a wider pH range and higher temperature, showing better thermal and chemical stability. A colorimetric detection method for H2O2 and glucose was established based on Pt/PMO catalytic activity,and the detection limits were 3×10-3 mM and 1.4×10-2 mM respectively.
