摘要
为了提高PVDF超滤膜的亲水性和耐污染性,文章将GO作为亲水化介质,通过溶液共混的方法,对PVDF超滤膜进行了亲水化改性。首先采用溶剂-非溶剂扩散诱导相分离的方法制备了PVDF/GO共混超滤膜,然后探讨了GO在铸膜液中的质量百分含量(0.8 wt%,1.5%,2.0 wt%和3.0 wt%)及添加剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP,K30)对PVDF超滤膜性能(纯水通量、截留率、耐污染性能、机械性能及亲水性)的影响。研究结果表明:铸膜液中未添加PVP时,PVDF超滤膜的纯水通量为114.3 L/(m2·h),添加4 wt%的PVP,PVDF超滤膜的纯水通量高达2013 L/(m2·h),纯水通量提高倍数高达20倍;在PVP含量为0 wt%及4 wt%的情况下,GO含量的增加,均使PVDF超滤膜的截留率、耐污染性、亲水性和机械性能显著上升,GO含量达到2 wt%时,变化趋于平缓;纯水通量先下降再上升,GO含量达到2 wt%时,达到最大值1724 L/(m2·h);因此GO的最佳含量为2 wt%。
In this paper, the PVDF/GO blended membranes were prepared by Non-solvent and solvent diffusion induced phase separation method. The effects of GO weight percent content in the costing solution and additive polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP, K30) on the properties of PVDF ultrafiltration membranes( water permeation, rejection rate of BSA, antifouling property, mechanical character and hydrophilicity) were investigated. Results stated that: The water permeation of PVDF ultrafiltration membranes could up to 2013 L/(m^2·h) and closed to zero as the casting solution contending 4 wt% of PVP no PVP, respectively. The rejection rate of BSA, antifouling property, mechanical character and hydrophilicity were improved remarbaly and the water permeation dicreased slightly.
