摘要 以甲基丙烯酰氯(MAC)、β-环糊精(β-CD)和4-羟基偶氮苯(AZO)为原料,利用酯化反应制备功能性单体MAC-CD和MAC-AZO,并通过自由基聚合反应将其与甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)制备了具有环糊精和偶氮苯基团的P(DMAEMA-co-CD)和P(DMAEMA-co-AZO)系列线形共聚物。通过红外光谱和紫外-可见光分光光度计等对共聚物的组成结构进行了表征。利用偶氮苯和环糊精基团的分子识别作用制备了共聚物纳米粒子,粒度分布仪的测试结果表明其粒径分布在1400~2800 nm之间。 Functional monomers MAC-CD and MAC-AZO were synthesized by esterification reaction using methacryloyl chloride(MAC), β-cyclodextrin(β-CD) and 4-hydroxyazobenzene(AZO) as raw materials. Furthermore, series of P(DMAEMA-co-AZO) linear copolymers were prepared by free radical polymerization with dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) as comonomer. The composition and structures of the copolymers were characterized by infrared spectroscopy and UV-vis spectrophotometer. Copolymer nanoparticles were prepared by molecular recognition of azobenzene and cyclodextrin groups. The results of particle size distribution instrument show that the particle size distribution is between 1400 and 2800 nm.
