土壤中微量元素对黄连药材中微量元素的影响研究

Effect of Trace Elements in Soil on Coptis Chinensis

通过测定峨眉黄连生长土壤中的微量元素锌、铁、铜、锰对黄连药材中锌、铁、铜、锰微量元素含量影响,从而指导黄连药材的种植。采用双变量法和逐步回归方程法分析,发现黄连药材中的锌元素与锰元素之间有显著相关性;黄连药材中的锰元素与黄连生长对应的土壤中的铁元素之间有显著相关性。本研究对黄连药材及其生长对应的土壤中微量元素含量及相关性分析,为黄连药材的品质评价以及在栽培种植过程中其合理施肥,提高黄连药材的有效成分提供依据。

In order to guide the planting of coptis chinensis, the content of trace elements in coptis chinensis and in soil was determined. Bivariate method and stepwise regression equation method were used, we found that there was significant correlation between zinc and manganese in rhizoma coptidis;There was a significant correlation between manganese in rhizoma coptidis and iron in soil. This study analyzed the content and correlation of trace elements in the soil and Coptis Chinensis, so as to provide a basis for the quality evaluation of rhizoma coptidis and the rational fertilization in the cultivation process and the improvement of the effective components of rhizoma coptidis.
