摘要
研究了光气法PC及酯交换法PC的初始性能与双85加速老化后力学性能、熔指性能的差异,在此基础上探究了扩链剂对不同合成来源的PC对性能的影响。研究结果表明:酯交换PC相比光气法PC在拉伸、冲击及熔指方面初始性能差异不大,但经双85老化后力学性能及熔指稳定性变差,且与光气法PC间差异变大;经扩链剂扩链后的PC树脂,酯交换PC在熔指稳定性方面略有提高,其他性能下降。双85老化后,扩链后PC树脂各项性能相比未扩链体系有明显下降,其中酯交换PC性能下降更加明显。
The initial properties of phosgene PC and melting ester-exchange PC and the differences of mechanical properties and melt flow rate(MFR)properties after double 85 aging were studied. On this basis, different effects of chain extenders on phosgene PC properties and melting ester-exchange PC properties were explored, the results show that the initial properties of ester-exchanged PC resin are not significantly different from those of phosgene PC in terms of tensile,impact and MFR properties, but the tensile, impact properties and MFR stability become worse after double 85 aging(85 ℃ and 85 % humidity). After chain-extended, the MFR stability of ester-exchanged PC has slightly improved, and other properties are decreased compared with the non-chain extender system.After double 85 aging, the properties of chain-extended system decreased significantly compared with that of non-chain extender system, the performance degradation of melting ester-exchange PC was more obvious.
