摘要
北海炼化循环水I系统自2012年初建成投产后,在水泵配置、系统压力、流量、温差控制等方面都存在一定的优化空间,吨水电耗较高,针对这些情况,公司在2014年11月至2016年3月对该系统进行了节能优化改造,改造完成后,系统运行稳定,运行方式更科学,节电效果显著。
The circulating water system I of Beihai Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. has been put into operation since the beginning of 2012. There is a certain space for optimization in the aspects of pump configuration, system pressure, and flow rate and temperature difference control. The unit power consumption is relatively high. In view of these conditions, the company carried out energy-saving optimization modification to the system from November 2014 to March 2016.After the transformation is completed, the system runs stably, the operation mode is more scientific, and the power saving effect is remarkable.
