黎药红血藤药材质量标准研究

Quality Standard Study on Spatholobus Sinensis Caulis of Hainan Li Folk Medicine

为了建立黎药红血藤质量标准。本研究参照《中国药典》四部(2015年版)中药质量标准技术指南,分别对黎药红血藤的水分、总灰分、浸出物等进行测定,同时对其显微结构特征及薄层色谱进行研究。结果显示,黎药红血藤显微结构和薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强,确定了红血藤的水分、总灰分、浸出物的限值范围。本文首次制定了黎药红血藤质量标准,能够为开展红血藤的质量控制提供有效的依据。

To establish the quality standard of Spatholobus Sinensis Caulis of Hainan Li folk medicine. According to the method of four parts of the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015 edition), the water content, total ash and ethanol-soluble extractive of Spatholobus Sinensis Caulis were measured respectively. Meanwhile, the microstructure and TLC were used for qualitative identification. The characteristics of microstructure and TLC were obvious and special, in this study, the limit range of water content, total ash and extract of medicinal materials were specified. The quality standard of Spatholobus Sinensis Caulis of Hainan Li folk medicine was established for the first time, and the method was simple, accurate and reliable, which can provide effective technical support for quality control and detection.
