摘要
本文简单介绍了将催化裂化装置各汽包以及锅炉连排水回收,闪蒸之后获得的蒸汽、凝结水,建立了一个0.3 MPa蒸汽和一个低温凝结水伴热两个小管网,充分利用连排水余热,取得了较好的工业应用效果,降低装置能耗2.3 kgEO/t。
This paper briefly introduces the recovery of steam and condensate from continuous drainage of drums and boilers in catalytic cracking unit, and the steam and condensate obtained after flash evaporation. A small network of 0.3 MPa steam and a low temperature condensate water is established, which makes full use of the waste heat of continuous drainage and achieves better industrial application effect, and reduces the energy consumption of the unit by 2.3 kgEO/t.
