摘要
主要阐述6S管理的先进理念,分析了企业研究院实验室管理存在的问题,提出在实验室日常管理中引入6S管理模式的必要性。以企业实验室为例,采用6S管理模式后,实验室工作环境变好,仪器设备试剂管理规范,规章制度建设、人员素质培养等方面质量显著提高。同时发现6S管理实施过程中存在的问题及解决方案,这对研究院规范化管理、管理模式长期稳定执行、员工良好工作习惯养成、实验室良好形象塑造起着重要作用。
This paper expounds the advanced idea of 6 S management, analyzes the existing problems in laboratory management of enterprise research institute,and puts forward the necessity of introducing 6 S management mode into daily laboratory management. Taking the enterprise laboratory as an example, after adopting6 S management mode, the working environment of the laboratory becomes better;the management standards of instruments, equipment and reagents, the construction of rules and regulations, and the quality of personnel training are significantly improved. At the same time, problems and solutions in the implementation of 6 S management were found, which played an important role in the standardized management of the institute, the long-term stable implementation of the management mode, the cultivation of good working habits of employees, and the building of a good image of the laboratory.
