摘要
本文主要分析了茶酒专利申请的技术发展脉络、主要制备方法以及可能存在的技术问题,以帮助茶酒相关领域的技术人员了解茶酒专利的整体情况,对今后茶酒专利的申请及授权具有指导作用。
Tea spirit has becoming an important part of people’s life. We mainly analyzed the technical development of tea spirit in patent. Methods of preparation and technical difficulties of tea spirit were also studied.It will be helpful for the relevant personnel understanding the overall situation and getting patent authorization.
