本项目通过在现有填埋区下游构建扩容填埋区消除溃坝风险,同时解决填埋库容不足的问题。扩容填埋区的建设极大缓解了当地生活垃圾终端无害化处理压力,为垃圾焚烧发电厂的筹建争取宝贵过渡时间。

This project was carried out for the purpose of eliminating dam break risk by constructing an expansion landfill site downstream of current landfill site and solving the problem of landfill shortage at the same time. The construction of expansion landfill site could relieve the stress of local domestic garbage harmless disposal remarkably, and make time for the construction of garbage incineration power plant as more as possible.
